March is here which means Spring is right around the corner!
There are lots of things to look forward to in the spring: spring break, daylight saving time and strawberry season! Though, I feel like our heat here in Florida kicked on early this year and I wasn't quite ready for it.
So... I have one more "cozy" soup recipe for you this month! It is a creamy Wild Rice and Mushroom Soup that is so hearty and delicious that I couldn't save it for the fall! Most of the cooking time is hand's off, so it's easy to prepare as a weeknight dinner, but can also be made in advance. We also have recipes for a Healthier Banana Bread, a Sesame Crusted Salmon Bowl, a Greek Quinoa Salad and one of my favorites - a Raw Carrot Cake! This raw carrot cake is a fun and healthy alternative to the actual "cake" that satisfies the sweet tooth without all the refined sugar and flour!
