Can you believe it's already February?


It's that time of the year where the holidays are officially over and we are moving into after school sports season! For most of us, that means busy days, late nights and less time for cooking! Quick weeknight dinners are a must! You can feel good about keeping everyone on schedule and healthy with these recipes!


This month we have a Thai Peanut Sweet Potato Bowl and a White Bean Chili that can be prepped in advance and ready to warm up for a quick weeknight meal. A rich and creamy Garlic Butter Asparagus Pasta with Scallops that just may turn into a new family favorite! A yummy and versatile protein granola that is easy to throw together on the weekend and have to snack on all week long. To finish it off, a delicious Cookie Dough Soft Serve to keep in the freezer for when you need a little scoop of sweetness!
